Oddly enough, I don't think there's a commercially available font for the generic beveled/block numbers and nameplate lettering used by most teams. ITC Machine is used by the Dolphins, and most Little League baseball teams. But the lettering you're showing looks like the standard silk screen or press-on numbers found at the local embroidery shop. When I was looking for lettering like that to work on customizing some of my MacFarlane figures, I redrew them all in Illustrator using Roger Clemente's.gif number & letter files.
